Chamang glades bentong, beautiful guarded residential area

Hi Assalammualaikum, last week, sebelum balik ke KL utk meeting dengan upline dekat HQ, saya dan husband singgah sekejap di Chamang Glades. It's a new residential area yang tengah develop di Chamang, Bentong. Lokasi yang strategik, di belakang Restoran Lemang Toki yang famous, dan bersebelahan padang golf Bentong. Residential area ni akan menjadi guarded area, very calm and green. Memang cantik lah bile siap nanti.
There are few types if i'm not mistaken-Type A,B,C,D. Keluasan is from 26x72-24x72kalau xsilap.. Type A is 3 story house with a lift. But so far they just built type C and type D one. Yang i visit ni is type C . This show house je yang fully furnish with modern zen interior design. It is sooo our taste.
This is the house dari luar, Buatan yang rapi dan kemas. The car pouch tak besar, muat 1 kereta sahaja.
It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Bahagian bawah ada dua bilik dan 1 bilik air. Bahagian atas ada 3 bilik dan 3 bilik air. I love the concept where you dont need to share the bathroom. The architect is a genius! He manage to design in this square feet but manage to make it spacious. I dont know whether this is the power of interior design or what, but it is spacious enough for a small family like us.

Price range from 680k and above. The house that we were viewing is 1.2M!
No, we don't buy this house. I do admit that i had been following this project for a year + i guess.. Sekarang baru dia start develop.. by the time die naik ni aku dah beli rumah lain..choi sangat. Takpe..aku belum mampu lagi nak beli rumah berjuta-juta ni. InsyaAllah. My dream ,my desire.. Doakan saya jadi diamond. Nanti saya beli! Aminnn :)
